You may use the ddjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. Any commercial use, scraping, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ddjili's total liability to you in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your ddjili account at the time the relevant claim arises.
ddjili is not liable for: (a) any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) interruptions to service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions; (c) decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error, provided ddjili acted promptly to correct such errors; or (d) losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
ddjili collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on ddjili, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. ddjili shares data only with verified third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
ddjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the ddjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
